My name is Susana, I live in the beautyful "Zürcher Unterland". I'm Mama of four children and happily married to Andi. Three of the kids are already adults and the fourth one is waiting for us in Heaven.

I love to spend my time in the nature, especially on the beach, where I can calm down and recharge my batteries. I love fresh picked flowers, coffee, summer, long walks with my dog Lucy, the smell of fresh made bred, exciting novels and the island of Crete.

As a doula and experienced birthing woman, I compassionately guide expecting mothers through pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. I assist them in reducing anxieties and empower them to follow their intuition. I encourage them to trust their bodies and approach childbirth with self-determination.

It is my heartfelt mission to attentively address the needs of expectant mothers and provide them with the necessary calmness and confidence in a nurturing environment, so they can birth safely and feel cared for.

The births of my own children have deeply influenced and changed me as a woman. I have learned a great deal about myself and my own body through those experiences. I have surpassed my limits and now look back on those moments with pride. From these experiences, a deep heartfelt desire emerged within me to become a doula, and I wholeheartedly wish for all women in this world to have a beautiful and self-determined birth experience.​
